GIGEVATE COLLABORATION TERMS FOR ARTISTS AND ORGANISERS Gigevate is built to support fair transparent and secure collaboration across the electronic music ecosystem. These Collaboration Terms explain how artists and organisers use the platform to connect agree on bookings and transact securely. They also define the role and responsibilities of Gigevate within this process.By accessing or using the Gigevate platform all users agree to comply with these Collaboration Terms. 1. PURPOSE AND SCOPEThese Collaboration Terms govern the use of the Gigevate platform by artists and organisers.They apply to all bookings collaborations and transactions facilitated through the platform.These terms operate alongside the main Terms of Service and other applicable policies. 2. ROLE OF GIGEVATEGigevate operates as a neutral digital platform facilitating discovery communication agreement and payment between artists and organisers.Gigevate does not act as an agent representative employer or promoter.All performance agreements are entered into directly between the artist and the organiser.Gigevate is not a party to performance agreements. 3. BOOKINGS AND DIGITAL AGREEMENTSAll bookings are initiated by the organiser through the platform and must be confirmed by the artist.Booking details including performance fee set time technical requirements cancellation terms and payment conditions must be agreed digitally before confirmation.Once confirmed the booking constitutes a binding agreement between the artist and the organiser. 4. PAYMENTS PLATFORM FEES AND VATOrganisers must pay the agreed performance fee into escrow via the platform prior to the event.Funds are held securely and released to the artist after the performance has taken place subject to confirmation.Gigevate applies a platform fee calculated based on the booking value.The platform fee is clearly displayed before booking confirmation.VAT is applied only to the Gigevate platform fee where legally required.VAT is never applied to the artist performance fee.The organiser is the legal recipient of the platform fee invoice where VAT applies. 5. ARTIST OBLIGATIONSArtists operate as independent professionals at all times.Artists set their own availability fees and technical requirements.Artists are responsible for their own invoicing outside the platform if required for their own accounting or tax administration.Artists must perform in accordance with the confirmed booking terms. 6. ORGANISER OBLIGATIONSOrganisers must provide accurate and complete event information including technical and production details.Organisers are responsible for providing safe working conditions equipment and production unless otherwise agreed.Organisers must complete payment in advance via the platform in order to secure bookings. 7. CANCELLATIONS AND DISPUTESCancellation terms are defined during the booking process and form part of the binding agreement.Late cancellations may result in partial or full payout in accordance with the agreed terms.Gigevate may assist with dispute handling where appropriate but does not assume legal responsibility for disputes between users. 8. COMMUNICATION AND CONDUCTAll users are expected to communicate in a professional respectful and lawful manner.Misuse of the platform repeated no shows or breach of these terms may result in account review suspension or removal. 9. COMMUNITY AND COLLABORATION HISTORYGigevate enables users to build profiles showcasing past events collaborations and experience history.This information supports trust visibility and long term collaboration within the community. 10. ONBOARDING AND ACCESSPlatform access is granted once profiles are reviewed and approved.Early collaborators may receive guided onboarding during the launch phase. 11. SUPPORT AND VAT INVOICE REQUESTSUsers may contact Gigevate for platform support booking assistance or general enquiries.VAT invoices for the Gigevate platform fee can be requested by contacting us and providing full legal entity details including registered business name address and VAT number where applicable. 12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITYGigevate is not responsible for performance outcomes event execution or contractual breaches between artists and organisers.Liability is limited to the extent permitted under applicable law. 13. GOVERNING LAWThese Collaboration Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Gigevate exists to enable structured fair and transparent collaboration across electronic music. By using the platform artists and organisers agree to these Collaboration Terms and commit to working together professionally and in good faith. Gigevate remains focused on supporting secure bookings trusted relationships and a sustainable creative ecosystem.

ESCROW & PAYMENT POLICYEffective Date: 1 December 2025Gigevate B.V. This Escrow & Payment Policy explains how payments, escrow, releases, disputes, cancellations and refunds work on the Gigevate platform in connection with Trustap’s secure transaction technology. It is incorporated by reference into the Gigevate Terms of Service Booking Terms Organiser Agreement and Artist Agreement.Through this Policy Gigevate explains the flow of funds timelines responsibilities of Users refund triggers dispute procedures and security practices that protect both Organisers and Artists. 1. ESCROW PAYMENT OVERVIEW1.1 What is EscrowEscrow is a secure payment method in which an independent third party holds funds until agreed conditions are met by both sides. Trustap provides this escrow-style payment system for Gigevate. Trustap Help Centre1.2 How Trustap Works with GigevateWhen an Organiser requests a booking and both parties sign a Digital Agreement, the Gigevate platform directs the Organiser to pay the full booking amount into Trustap escrow. Trustap holds that payment in a secure vault until the Artist fulfils their obligations and both parties confirm delivery. Trustap will only release funds once conditions are satisfied or when the dispute period has passed without complaint. Trustap+1Trustap’s model supports confident payment interactions even between users who do not know one another. Funds are held safely to prevent scam risk. Trustap 2. PAYMENT FLOW ON GIGEVATE2.1 Initiating a PaymentOrganisers must pay the full agreed amount into Trustap escrow before a booking is active.2.2 Escrow HoldingTrustap securely holds funds until the performance is successfully completed and confirmed.2.3 Release ConditionsFunds are released to the Artist when eitherBoth parties confirm completion, orThe standard complaint period expires without an active dispute.Trustap uses automated processes including fraud detection and optional human review to protect transactions. Trustap2.4 No Direct Access by GigevateGigevate does not hold funds or control the release of funds. All financial movement is managed by Trustap. 3. FEES AND DEDUCTIONS3.1 Escrow FeesTrustap charges an escrow fee which is displayed to Organisers before payment. This fee covers payment processing secure holding mediation and dispute resolution support. This is separate from any platform booking fees and payout fees.3.2 Artist Payout FeesTrustap may apply a payout method fee (e.g. bank transfer, PayPal). These fees are not controlled by Gigevate and are disclosed upfront.3.3 Fee TransparencyAll fees will always be shown to Users before checkout so there are no hidden charges. 4. DISPUTES AND RESOLUTION4.1 Trustap Dispute HandlingIn the event of a complaint (e.g. late arrival incomplete service breach of contract), the platform lets Artists and Organisers submit evidence. Trustap mediates impartially and independently, reviewing Digital Agreements communication logs and attached evidence. Trustap4.2 Finality of DecisionsTrustap’s ruling on refunds partial refunds or full payouts is final and binding in the context of escrow release. Gigevate cannot override Trustap’s decision. 5. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS5.1 Cancellation ScenariosRefund rules follow the Booking Terms and Trustap’s complaint process:Organiser cancellation before deadlines may lead to full refund minus booking feeArtist cancellation triggers refund minus platform feesForce majeure follows reduced fee refunds5.2 Refund TimingRefund timing depends on Trustap processing time the complaint outcome payout method and financial provider clearing times.5.3 Incorrect Payment DetailsTrustap and Gigevate are not liable for delays caused by incorrect payout information provided by Users. 6. SECURITY, FRAUD PROTECTION AND COMPLIANCE6.1 Trustap Security ModelTrustap partners with Stripe and leverages identity and fraud tools to minimise risk of unauthorised transactions. Stripe6.2 Protection Against ScamsBy holding funds in escrow until performance completion or expiry of complaint windows, Trustap significantly reduces the risk of transactional fraud.6.3 AML and ComplianceTrustap uses anti-money laundering controls and identity verification as part of its compliance framework designed to protect users and platforms. Trustap 7. DISPUTE EVIDENCE GUIDELINESUsers should provide clear documentation includingChat history timestampsPhotos or videos from the eventContracted agreements (Digital Agreement details)Witness statements where applicableTrustap reviews all evidence impartially as part of the dispute resolution process. 8. GOVERNING LAW AND PAYMENT RIGHTSThis Escrow & Payment Policy is governed by the laws that apply to Gigevate’s Terms of Service and Booking Terms. Trustap operations are subject to their contractual terms which Users agree to when initiating payments.EU Users may exercise statutory rights under local consumer protection law. 9.
