1.2 How Trustap Works with Gigevate
When an Organiser requests a booking and both parties sign a Digital Agreement, the Gigevate platform directs the Organiser to pay the full booking amount into Trustap escrow. Trustap holds that payment in a secure vault until the Artist fulfils their obligations and both parties confirm delivery. Trustap will only release funds once conditions are satisfied or when the dispute period has passed without complaint. Trustap+1
