The Gigevate booking flow is designed to guide artists and organisers through a clear professional process from first contact to completed payment.
Every step is structured documented and protected so both sides can focus on delivering great events without unnecessary risk or confusion.
Electronic music thrives on creativity, connection and community. Sustainable careers and professional events however require clarity. Without structure misunderstandings become common. Trust becomes fragile and working relationships suffer.
Gigevate was built to support the scene by removing uncertainty not creativity. The goal is simple. Make bookings feel clear, fair and intentional for everyone involved.
The Gigevate booking flow is designed to guide artists and organisers through a clear professional process from first contact to completed payment.
1
An organiser creates an event and sends a structured booking request to an artist. Event details expectations and the proposed fee are visible before anything is agreed. Nothing is binding at this stage and no payment is required.
2
Both parties align on the final booking terms inside the platform. All details are confirmed clearly so expectations are shared before moving forward. The booking becomes intentional and professionally confirmed.
3
Once terms are agreed the organiser completes payment through Gigevate. The funds are secured & held safely until after the performance takes place. The artist knows the payment is protected before the event.
4
After payment is secured in app communication becomes available. Artists and organisers coordinate technical requirements set times and final logistics. All communication stays linked to the booking.
5
The artist performs at the event as agreed by both parties. Because payment is already secured both sides can focus fully on delivery. The experience happens without financial uncertainty.
6
After the performance is completed the secured funds are released to the artist. The booking is marked as completed and added to both profiles. This closes a clear and transparent booking cycle.
The electronic music scene runs on trust but payments often put that trust at risk.
Escrow protects the full booking amount in a secure holding account so neither side carries unnecessary pressure.
Organisers know the money is reserved. Artists know they will be paid.
Everyone can focus on the event instead of financial uncertainty.

Both sides are protected from start to finish. No one can touch the money early and funds only move after the gig is confirmed. If there is ever a dispute the money stays in escrow while the issue is reviewed so the scene can keep moving with trust.
